PSR 5/19/10: Ryan & Scarlett Cozy Up in the Rain, Kim's Bikini Shoot, & Taylor's Tantrum Karli: Ryan and Scarlett caught in the rain together, Kim’s curvy bikini body and Taylor’s teenage tantrum.
