Relationship Between Two Different Religious Backgrounds - Advice

Tamsen: Hey everybody, Matt and Tamsen here. Today’s relate to date actually comes from one of your questions, can people from different religious background has successful relationships? What do you think? Matt: That is a really, really tough one. I’m going to say it’s very difficult. It’s really, really difficult because your culture will say wait, and if you’re very devoted I don’t know how you’re going to work that out. I always try to put people together that have a similar religious background but you know I think— Tamsen: I think it can be challenging but I think it can work and I’ve seen relationships of people from you know who’s families and for centuries you know their religions have not got along but they’re able to somehow work things out and I think it’s on a case to case basis. I think you can’t put like a—you know I think you could put a bottom line on it. It says like no, nobody from this religion you know can date this one, it’s not going to work because I think that there’s— Matt: Well, I think what you’re saying is there’s a lot of people that are attracted to each other that have different religious backgrounds. So you know some of them handle them well. And of the ways is to just on Saturday or Sunday you go your separate ways where you participate in each other’s religion. But then when you have kids, above this I’ve heard the best way is to let the children, after they’re educated enough choose what religion they want to follow. Tamsen: Alright, what do you guys think? Do you think that it’s easy and people can make it work or do you think it’s too difficult? We’re waiting for your answers.
