I had three cups of tea yesterday and it’s that tea that is going to pull me back over the top. The tea that I have is about 160 to 180 calories per cup, and that’s important steep tea and I got to watch that because that is I think how I gain up with mostly last time, because it’s so easy to kind of eat normally but then you have too many cups of tea, because it’s equivalent to having our cane of coke. So, let me take you little bit in the insights spot, but what you need to pay attention to listen to what they are saying to me, because what they are saying to me that is actually registering in my head what I am making it choice.
