SNTV - Heidi's beauty secrets Heidi Klum knows a thing or two when it comes to looking beautiful. And she says, “Thin isn’t always in.” Actually the hardworking mother of four believes that when women age bigger is better. The ultimate beauty secret for woman getting older is don’t be too thin. It’s always better to have a little meat on your bones. She explains in the December issue of Self Magazine adding that, “When you are just muscle you end up being gaunt to the face and that makes you look older by five or ten years.” So how this the 37-year-old keep herself looking fresh? Well, she says she goes to bed around 8:30 most nights and does self-tanner. “I like how it looks.” Says the former Victoria Secret’s supermodel.
