After ten years, Leona Lewis splits with childhood sweetheart Lou Al-Chamaa

Interviewer: Well, if splitting up with your boyfriend of ten years isn’t bleeding love, we don’t know what is. Leona Lewis recently announced she and childhood sweetheart Lou Al-Chamaa have called it quits after a decade of dating. The 25-yearold British pop star who rose to fame on the reality TV show, The X-Factor, recently twitted, “Remember to always shine and never let anyone dim your light. You have the power within to achieve everything.” While her ex shot back with, “Do what you want not what society expects. Live how you like not how others like you to live.” Ouch! Friends close to the couple say it was Lewis’ hectic schedule and bi-continental career that led to the breakup. But those twits, they don’t like. Lou, who is a former electrician, turned Sony Music talent scout reportedly failed to show up to a lot of Leona’s gigs attending only one signaling signs of trouble early on in her tour. Ten years is quite a while. But we’re sure everything will get better in time.
