Jeanette Pavini: So some people don’t like the word budget, for them it’s like going on the diet but one of the best ways to save money is to just keep track of what you spent. So the first thing you need to do is choose away to keep track of your spending every time you spend because it’s the little things that add up to unexplained spending. There are free online tools that show you a snapshot of your spending habits or you could use notebook or a ledger the most important thing is to choose the system that works for you. Now if you hate to keep track of thing by writing it down you can use a credit card or debit card for just about everything and you will get a statement to see how you’re doing. But if you don’t pay the full amount each month that’s do you make it suck with very high interest fees. Now, if you have troubles sticking to a budget focus on what you’ll get by staying the course. Asks whether purchases are really worth with the cost and hours work. Ask an expert if your budget is really workable. Work towards a big goal like a vacation or a house, sometimes you losses stick to a budget more easily by carrying cash or if you can leave without cash on hand making your money difficult to access by putting it in a saving account without a debit card will work too.
