We're here in Alexandria, Virginia at Velocity Sports, and were going to show you what it's like to train with The Animal. I'm here with my good trainer, Kenny Carrington, and we're going to take you through a sample of what it's like to train for professional football. Now, before you get started with any workout, make sure that you are medically clear that it's safe for you to workout. We take no responsibility for you doing any of these activities improperly and hurting yourselves. So please make sure that you do, do this workout with care. Now, before you start any workout, you want to make sure that you are warmed up. Now, I'm already warmed up, and in order to see that warm up, go to How to Train like a Pro at Home, one of my other videos, and you will get a good view of what you should do to warm up and prepare for this type of a workout. So, let's get down and endurance, and see what we do in the weight room with The Animal.
