Dimi Lezinska: So remember when you’re six, seven years old your mom went to the market and she got all those fruits and she goes into the kitchen table and she puts all those everyday and you were looking for this children, you know looking particularly for the pear but, the strawberry is just beneath the pot. So you have to move the pear off but as soon as you take the pear just bite and take it in your hand you can feel it’s soft. All right and you know what it means when you have a soft pear. Female: That’s ready to eat. Dimi Lezinska: Exactly. You know so you take it and you bite it and when you bite it what happens. Female: Unfortunately you see (Inaudible) [Laughs] Dimi Lezinska: Exactly yes, that’s exactly what happened. Female: What happens? Female: It really does feel your mouth for the wonderful pear, I could just, and then there’s a little hint it’s like an almond and kind of like vanilla almond is an almond or vanilla. So if you had to put some words as to how to explain the tasting where it goes that is more than its sensation it’s a discovery.
