Frankie Dell: Hi, I am Frankie Dell. I am a professional tennis instructor. You are watching ground strokes. Next, I am going to show you the proper Forward Swing. Now we've prepared for the shot, for a one hander. We are here, racquet is back and we've started to step into the shot toward the net. Now, the Swing Forward should be a low-to-high movement. So you want to swing from low-to-high, low-to-high. Now in between the low and the high is where you're going to make contact. You want that to be in front of you and then high, low, high, low, contact in front, and high, alright. Now for the two hander. We've already prepared here. We're going to step out and again, it's a low-to-high movement. Low high, low-to-high and in between the low and the high is where we're going to make contact. Low, contact, high. Contact, contact, low, contact, high, and that's the Forward Swing.
