The Bikini Bootcamp Challenge
A Reveal Magazine reader takes part in a 6 week Bikini Bootcamp Challenge using Power Plates.
Georgina Burnett: These days we're bombarded with so many different ways to lose weight, it can be kind of bit of our mind field. So a health zone TV having listed a review magazine reader to take part in a Bikini Boot camp, six weeks of ruling, dancing and notice fitness rating. Okay. So, what we'll quite for that hardcore that we're excited to see how our group progresses over the next six weeks.
Sonal Patel: I'm Sonal Patel. I'm 28 years old and I work in media sales.
Jennifer Dunkerley: She was really unhappy with her body. Put to summer holiday and like many of us is terrified of thing on that bikini. We think that was good way to power plates in studios and put six week bikini body flexing challenge.
Georgina Burnett: What's your occurrence that to fitness level? Would you say, what are those exercise that you have been doing up until now?
Sonal Patel: No, I haven't. I have a thought of normally going to the gym going for a few weeks and then I get bored, and then I don't really go again.
Georgina Burnett: So, you're right having typical.
Sonal Patel: Very little. Yeah.
Georgina Burnett: And what about with your eating? What would you say as a typical days of eating food.
Sonal Patel: Probably, quite having carbohydrates and probably have cereal or a little porridge for breakfast, sandwich, of course, some probably chocolate. I'm eating snack, maybe a cake, and then probably rice, a portion of protein, maybe chicken and vegetables in the evening.
Georgina Burnett: So, are you going to be changing your eating habits occurring side of the power plating?
Sonal Patel: Yeah, I'm going to actually do the Gillie diet, so actually cutting out a little bit of carbohydrates on which I'm currently eating and increasing a lot of protein.
Georgina Burnett: Right. So, what are your preconceptions as to power plating? What do you think it's going to do for you?
Sonal Patel: I believe it's going to turn off a lot of my major muscle groups; so my legs, my bum, my stomach, and arms. I'm hoping that increasing the muscle tone will then burn a lot fat that I have already got.
Georgina Burnett: Now, obviously the aim is to lose weight, to drop your dress size. Why is that you want to do that?
Sonal Patel: Because truly I'm not happy with the way I am. I wouldn't feel comfortable in a bikini, so I just went to tone up physical holiday at the June by and its quite proportionate.
Georgina Burnett: That's your goal in your holiday?
Sonal Patel: Yes. Yeah.
Georgina Burnett: And are there any particular parts of your body that you want to focus on?
Sonal Patel: My stomach and my arms. So you definitely might bingo wings and my stomach. Yeah.
Georgina Burnett: Wonderful. Well, best of luck to do.
Sonal Patel: Thank you.
Unknown Speaker: And she now first thanked to us, she wears a size full jean 10-and-a-half state and really unhappy with that shape. She multiplied in three sessions a week over six weeks, which is combined with the healthy diet. How to explain with her whole body, she obviously have problem in areas like thighs, bum, and tone. Power plate is a machine, which gives your body a high speed workout, the vibrations of work on muscles to fifty times of second, which is great. So, 15 minute workout as much as an hour in the gym. Perfect time to be fit session in your lunch hour.
Georgina Burnett: So, its six weeks later Sonal has finished her boot camp and the bride girl is going to be going at the bikini for the review magazine photo sheet I for one count week to see the results.
Unknown Speaker: We wanted to know how the changes took place at highs and the lows and as she hipped for life.
Sonal Patel: I first noted to change about the second or third week; I mean I noticed that muscle tone much more improved in my arms, my stomach and my legs and some of the major muscle groups. The high point was my stomach and being able to get into jean that I've never been able to wear before, which was tough that and I'm dropping the dress size. The difficulties of the poses, especially towards the end was where when my friends are going out fossilizing and keeping to a healthy diet of what have people with exercise was most difficult. It seems not six days, it's such an achievement. She has slimmed down to a sexy sized angle, sustaining weight and she is happier than ever.
Sonal Patel: I definitely recommend it to others because having struggled with my weight this is the first thing that I have done that I've actually really notice the change with, so I definitely recommend for those people out there that you know who are looking to turn off and things to shut those pounds and have minds to do so with things that this would one of the thing that could work for them.
Jennifer Dunkerley: Power plates are widely available in gyms all over the country, so you could do that too.
Sonal Patel: I'll definitely going to be keeping a loving result and how people continue to see them and just really can afford hit.
