Knowing the difference between the different types of coupons can save you money. Some stores may not let you submit more than one store coupon per offer.

And again this is really important because if you want to any opportunity that you have to stack both a manufacture coupon and a store coupon you want to be able to do that so here’s what I mean first of all manufactured coupon’s this is something that came from a smart source insert and you can see right here the number starts with a 5. So manufacture coupons you are generally going to see them start with a 5 sometimes a 9 but you can clearly tell us starting with the 5 this is a manufacturer coupon. Okay now here is a store coupon for the same item. So right here you can see it’s the same item soft soaps, ensembles but this is a CVS pharmacy store coupon. You can see it dozen start with a 5 it starts with a 4. This is going to be a number that’s only identifiable to this particular store so if you try to take this coupon to a grocery store for example they’re not going to – this is only going to be red by their registers so soft soap ensembles 2 dollars off you could use this combined with the manufacture coupon that I showed you for by any pump and get $3 off the base so $3 plus $2 you combine these two things together both the manufacture coupon and the store coupon now all of a sudden you have 5 dollars off your purchase versus just the three or just the two. So you can see you want to be able to tell the difference between the store coupon and the manufacturer coupon and be able to combine the two whenever you can. One good way to do that is usually the store coupon is going to have some kind of identifier from the store their name, their logo something like that and its not going to start with a 5, okay.
