Chris Freytag:Hi! I am Chris Freytag, Preventions Fitness Expert. Preventions maximum core workout cleanse traditional strength moves with balance challenges to ensure that every muscle gets targeted and turns for the biggest metabolic boost. So lets get started. The first exercise is called the lift-off lunge and I am going to turn sideways, so that you can see the entire move. Stand nice and tall, abdominal tight and take a step backwards with your left foot. Nice big step come down into a lunge position, so that your front side, is parallel to the floor, your knee is tracking over the shoe laces and your back knee points down. The torso upright and lifted and take the weight to two right angle. Keep the torso upright and lifted, we are going to lift-off, hold up that back leg lift your knee up, extend the arms up over head for a shoulder press, the abdominal tight here, and bring it back down into that luge again, come all the way down, thigh parallel to the floor and come back up. This requires a little bit of balance. So keep this abdominals tight, keep that chest and heart lifted. This works the triceps, the shoulders, the buns and the thighs. Now check the workout at a glance for the number of repetitions and remember to repeat on the other side.
