The Old Cinemas of Havana

Description

Havana was once a city of movie theaters built during the 1940s and 50s. Back before the time of the home entertainment system whole families would gather in these great cinemas to watch not only films but news reels as well. After the Cuban revolution the cinemas were nationalized, some were turned into performing arts venues but others became parking garages or were closed indefinitely.
