The Signs of a Heart Attack The heart is working double time. Any time you're under stress or you're exercising. You need to keep these arteries nice, impliable and open to get the oxygen to your heart needs. What are some signs of a heart attack if you're not getting the oxygen that you need? Well first and foremost we've all heard of chest pain particularly people will say things like it’s pressure elephant sitting on my chest but there are more saddle signs and symptoms pain radiating to your jaw you probably all heard about pain that radiates down your arm an aching pain in your arm could be a sign of a heart attack. Believe it or not nausea or pain in your upper abdomen and then one you should never ignore shortness of breath. And ladies out there I want you to pay extra special attention because will have unusual symptoms 70% of women with heart attack will pour unusual fatigue and in fact fatigue may be the only symptom that you have.
