Thintervention Star Jackie Warner Transforms People's Life

Jackie has her own way when it comes to fitness. Today, she sits down with us to give us the ins and outs of inner transformation. and her new show "Thintervention".

Host: Well, a lot of people want that model body but just how far you are willing to go and how many hills are you willing to climb to get to that point. Female Speaker: Yeah, I can't. Female Speaker: Why are you workout cloths? Jackie Warner: To do a little hike. We are not going to stop till we get to the top. Host: Bravo's Resident Fitness expert Jackie Warner is back with a new docu series Thintervention. It takes her out of the LA gym and she is now ambushing her clients in their neck of the woods little different right. Good to have you here Jackie. Jackie Warner: Thank you for having me. Host: Yeah, its -- sees no abs but we know that they are there. The Rockford stomach is there. Jackie Warner: They are hiding right now. Host: They are hiding. Jackie Warner: They are hiding under my steak sandwich that I had last night in the hotel. Host: Which you are allowed to do that. Jackie Warner: I can't do that. Host: Look at that, there are people they are climbing, climbing, climbing and I know a lot of the web set on the show because they got on the scale, you don't see results. A lot of people have that happen. What is that cause of that? Jackie Warner: You know here is the thing; the thing is that they were cheating. Okay, so every opposite of what you are cheating. I know something is wrong here because you went from consuming like 5000, 6000 calories down to 1200 and 1500 calories something is wrong. Remember, this is the biggest loser I can't watch them 24*7, they are not in the house, they are going to real life and have to apply my tools and that's difficult. Host: It's then stuff when you are like out you want to have a drink here and there. I mean, you don't realize how fast those calories add up and. Jackie Warner: 100% and it's a lifestyle change and I have to shake them up and really change their lifestyle in the emotions behind the food. Do you like yourself right now? Host: That's what the big deal is with this particular show because I know there is a lot of weight loss shows right there. You'd have one Bravo obviously before, that was really based on the gym itself and talking about the dynamics there. But, this time around like you said it's touching more on the emotions and you are trying to get people to change the way that they think about food. Jackie Warner: That's right; we are the only show that offers group therapy. We have group therapy every single episode so that cameras are invited into those therapy sessions which by the way would last six, six and a half hours, it was grueling. Things, revelations are coming out during this group therapy that is just phenomenal. You know, there is a huge take away; it's really going to help people. Host: I am scared; when I see you I was up like I have to stuck it in because I might, look at her body. You are no joke on camera, you are hard core. But, are you just like that on camera? Jackie Warner: No, as a matter of fact I am executive producing this show. Host: I didn't know that. Jackie Warner: That's right, I created it and I am still editing it but the point is that. This is my passionate project and what I did is I teach a life change camp and all I did is I said to Bravo, I want to do my life change camp but on air. Let's do it. So, this is a 100%real me, there is no facade here. Host: Then you also just released your first book, it's called This is Why You Are Fat and How to Get Thin Forever. Now, you have had your struggles with weights years ago, right. Jackie Warner: I did. Host: You losted the natural weight. Can you tell people about that? Jackie Warner: I did, well my first year in college. Now, I was 114 pounds and I blew up when I moved Ohio to California, I blew up to 169 pounds. So, I looked at myself in the mirror one day I never forget it. I just looked at myself and I was heavy and I was covering myself up and I said you know what? I am shier, a meager, this is not the energy I want to put forth in the world. I am never going to make it this way to be successful and I made that decision to take it off. So, I started to walk to 21 blocks to work to school every morning and every afternoon. I stopped eating the fast food and I just really watch portion control. Host: Okay, are you able to kind of transfer that energy to other people. Jackie Warner: That's right. Host: It's good to have you here Jackie, always good to have you here. Jackie Warner: Thank you.
