Tiffany Young: Hi there and welcome to neo-fight.tv, the technology show for the not so geeky. My name is Tiffany Young.
Ben Freedman: And I am the elf Ben Freedman.
Tiffany Young: He’s my little helper.
Ben Freedman: Helper.
Tiffany Young: Helper, I need help.
Ben Freedman: I am the Santa’s little helper and welcome to neo-fight.tv. It’s our annual Christmas giving guide. Here’s what happens, every time we get giving inundated with like lots of little gadgets, way more than you can do like individual shows for and I always want to get them out before Christmas, --
Tiffany Young: Because these are great stocking stuffers
Ben Freedman: Really, really.
Tiffany Young: They are not really expensive.
Ben Freedman: A lot of these are not really expensive. Right, so we got some here that are you know the ten, $20.00, $30.00 range, some of them $60, $70 range. None of them -- I don’t know if there’s anything here that’s really like a -- you know over expensive, you know --
Tiffany Young: Over the top expensive.
Ben Freedman: Yes over the top. I think I don’t know these things are like smacking me in the head. And also this is also going to be our last show before Christmas and we come back January 7, so watch this show every week for a couple of weeks, January 7 back with fresh shows in the fresh year.
Tiffany Young: I can’t believe we actually take time off.
Ben Freedman: that’s amazing.
Tiffany Young: I know.
Ben Freedman: Yes.
Tiffany Young: Once a year.
Ben Freedman: So let’s get started. Let me tell you I am excited about this first gadget that we are looking at today. I put it on the gadget box here.
Tiffany Young: Wow!
Ben Freedman: This is a product called Open It by a company called Zibra.
Tiffany Young: This is like giant cuticle trimmers.
Ben Freedman: And you flip and open like this. Yes let me see your nails.
Tiffany Young: No, no. Maybe like the toe nail trimmers but you’re funny.
Ben Freedman: It could be fun at a holiday party. So the main purpose of these and let me get something, here’s an alter USB hub. Now, when you get these for Christmas time right and you want to open them, you even tried to open these packages.
Tiffany Young: You know toys are the big one. Yes.
Ben Freedman: And the toys do also have the wires.
Tiffany Young: Yes.
Ben Freedman: Okay if you have kids that have those packages, of course you got to get through the bubble wrap and then secondly you got to get through those wires. These are for you. So allow me to demonstrate. Here is this. You take this and you just literally and it just chews through --
Tiffany Young: Yes, very nice.
Ben Freedman: That plastic.
Tiffany Young: I’ve been using scissors like the high end scissors that are ruined every year trying to --
Ben Freedman: And the scissors just don’t open up new as well. Okay it does you know --
Tiffany Young: That’s good.
Ben Freedman: You got a lot of -- they put it in an angle so that you can go along the edge and do it easily and it’s pretty easy. Just you know power your way.
Tiffany Young: I think you just got to --
Ben Freedman: Well you know, that’s okay. Here you now have your own coffee.
Tiffany Young: You know what else is good? You know what else is good? I think that’s not really good idea. You know what else is good for that? Is that if you have to return stuff, your package is not ruined.
Ben Freedman: It’s not ruined, well it’s sort of a tampering, that means.
Tiffany Young: Well it’s not ruined enough to where you have to return. It’s not you know in --
Ben Freedman: So I can very easily go in there and ruin with my, in this case, USB 2 hub
Tiffany Young: Which is the next gadget.
Ben Freedman: Merry Christmas. You get a hub.
Tiffany Young: Oh geez, another hub. Wow! Oh you’re so funny.
Ben Freedman: So you can see, this is going to save a lot of work here. Now, it’s more than just that. Let’s say you get CDs okay or something like that, you go click and there’s a little knife.
Tiffany Young: Wow!
Ben Freedman: You have the right size for slicing off in CDs
Tiffany Young: Sure. You have to make sure to keep that out of the hands of small children.
Ben Freedman: Well it’s also springy. So and you’re pushing down.
Tiffany Young: We’re drunk people.
Ben Freedman: That’s right and it’s something to put batteries in, a lot of kids toys have screw driver then you have to do it. This has a little mini screw driver in it. It goes up in here. There’s Philips --
Tiffany Young: Oh so you got a Philips and a flat. Wow! Oh my, gosh? I’ll take it.
Ben Freedman: Okay.
Tiffany Young: How much?
Ben Freedman: $12.00.
Tiffany Young: That is worth $12.00.
Ben Freedman: 12 bucks.
Tiffany Young: You know what, the only thing that’s missing is a batteries, because that’s -- I mean other than batteries what else --
Ben Freedman: It has batteries storage in here.
Tiffany Young: Yes.
Ben Freedman: Like the little thing.
Tiffany Young: Batteries
Ben Freedman: It doesn’t take any batteries. So that is the Zibra Open It.
Tiffany Young: That’s the perfect holiday. You know that what a great that would be for just a little battery pack in that opener for you know --
Ben Freedman: This little plastic. So the next thing we’re going to look at with -- right along here is probably called Sumo. It’s the Sumo lounge Omni Beanbag here. And we’re going to cut through a little footage of using in it here because it’s big, too big he won’t put in the set.
Tiffany Young: It’s like I am fallen and I can’t get up.
Ben Freedman: What do you think? Comfortable?
Tiffany Young: Very comfortable.
Ben Freedman: And why is it like comfortable? And you can like lie down on it, or you can sit on it, comes in a bunch of different colors. Not that cheap, it costs 129 but I what I really like about it is how light it is.
Tiffany Young: Light and the materials very thick.
Ben Freedman: It’s a thick material. Kids are not going to go through.
Tiffany Young: I know and we have three dogs with one small, medium and large. So what I really like about this I don’t know how many of you have been through pet beds or not but we’ve been through oh, I can’t even tell how many. This, their toenails are not going to go through them.
Ben Freedman: Thick material.
Tiffany Young: It’s super thick material. And it’s so light. I mean you are not dragging it and pushing it.
Ben Freedman: That’s the big thing. You just literally pick this up and move it from room to room.
Tiffany Young: One hand, yes.
Ben Freedman: One hand. It’s so much lighter than the old bean bag chairs where there’s people to move.
Tiffany Young: And we have the big foam ones, these love sacks. I don’t know if you’ve seen those or not. They are really comfortable but my, gosh to move those or change the over on it, wow, that’s like a workout on itself.
Ben Freedman: Well, let’s talk about a couple of presents for the gamer in your life, for a guy who does a lot of gaming. This is by -- I know this is strange. It’s by -- you know the people who put the air in the can.
Tiffany Young: Oh.
Ben Freedman: They use to clean your camera with.
Tiffany Young: Okay sure. They are making this thing called the keyboard quiver.
Ben Freedman: Now, quiver it’s because you put it on and it kind of turn you put it on sort of like a quiver you know like that you would hold hours and if you lead --
Tiffany Young: Oh quiver, I get it. I know what a quiver was.
Ben Freedman: Not quiver like what you do when you get too cold.
Tiffany Young: Am I keyboard, quiver.
Ben Freedman: No. and what does this designed to do is to hold your keyboard so gaming, people who are really into gaming, they will take their laptop, you know you cannot do the ultimate fragging of your body with a keyboard.
Tiffany Young: What does fragging mean?
Ben Freedman: Fragging means killing in a nasty way.
Tiffany Young: Okay got it.
Ben Freedman: So -- right. Well, so I think those are -- they were big gamers. So here is a way to carry your keyboard and a few accessories like maybe some kind of dust off in style so you get your place, you put your laptop, you plug in your keyboard because that’s the one you’re best at; and apparently avid gamers to bring on their keyboards. So this is the keyboard quiver. It’s basically a single strap keyboard sized backpack. If you happen to be a gamer, that’s great. The other thing that games --
Tiffany Young: So this is pretty padded.
Ben Freedman: Very padded.
Tiffany Young: Really, it’s pretty well neat.
Ben Freedman: The other thing that gamers like is they need to be able to talk to each other over the network. And so this is by a company called Genius, this is the Genius HS 03 U headset. So it’s a headset with a built in microphone, really good sounding speakers. You could listen, I mean if you don’t mind the sounds of these, you can flip this mic up and listen to these -- listen to music on it.
Tiffany Young: this looks the size of the plantronics --, well a little bit bigger. It looks like pretty comfortable.
Ben Freedman: So you’re not going to be -- it blocks up some of the noise. They are very comfortable and you lower this down and now you get a headset. If use Skype or iChat or any of those. You notice that the cool thing about it comes in by USB.
Tiffany Young: Now, is there any alternative ports that you can use or it’s just USB?
Ben Freedman: Just USB.
Tiffany Young: Okay.
Ben Freedman: And what’s really cool is has like a little vibration thing in it so if you are playing music with a lot of base so if you’re playing a video game at like a lot of thumbs, it actually vibrates.
Tiffany Young: Oh, for the ultimate gaming experience.
Ben Freedman: Ultimate gaming.
Tiffany Young: When you frag somebody, you really feel it.
Ben Freedman: You just use frag in a sentence.
Tiffany Young: Oh, my god!
Ben Freedman: Yes. Volume control right here on the wire. And mute button here so if you want to --
Tiffany Young: What mom? Mom I will be there in a minute.
Ben Freedman: Oh I’m sorry.
Tiffany Young: Mom, I’m not going to get a job.
Ben Freedman: So I have to put you on hold for a moment. No mom I am not going to do my homework yet. You know. Anyways so that’s the desktop keyboard cover and the Genius HS 03 headset, 35 bucks. Good deal for this USB headset.
Tiffany Young: So this is the ultimate like kit for the gamer.
Ben Freedman: Yes. One and two, so you get your game for about 100 bucks. So you are going to get a one or two punch for the gamer in your life.
Tiffany Young: I see. Are you a gamer?
Ben Freedman: Not really. I’m -- I like flight simulators. You know, -- flight simulators. So I like that kind of game.
Tiffany Young: I like the Tiger Woods golf.
Ben Freedman: Oh Tiger Woods golf. That’s a fun game.
Tiffany Young: Actually I can really learn a lot about golf. I learn more about golf by watching Tiger Woods golf.
Ben Freedman: Alright now next stop this is a very cool product I think. Great gift! Fantastic gift. Very inexpensive. This is a company called zReturn and here’s what it is, you basically buy for about five or ten or 15 bucks a package of these little labels. Let me see if I can hold these and zoom it in.
Tiffany Young: Oh, lost and found return tags.
Ben Freedman: Yes, take a look at that and they come in various different sizes and you get them and go under your key chain.
Tiffany Young: Oh.
Ben Freedman: And they come with package like this one has -- this package is I think ten bucks or 12 bucks and it has --
Tiffany Young: What a great idea.
Ben Freedman: Yes, six. So here’s how it is, you go into their websites. You type into their number and you type in what it is. So for instance, I put one on my laptop here and here’s my laptop and you can see I’ve got a zReturn label.
Tiffany Young: Oh very nice, great idea.
Ben Freedman: It fits on right here. Now, if I lose this assuming that an honest person finds it, they can look on here, go into the website, punch in this number and it says please contact Ben Freedman at such and such email address and we’ll have you and it also sends me an email saying, hey, someone has punched in your tag number. They must have found your laptop.
Tiffany Young: You remember well like two weeks go. This is a funny story, quick one, real quick. I left my phone at the carwash, who would they call, in order to find the owner of the phone? Thank goodness you know they called Ben and so I didn’t happen to need this zReturn but if they hadn’t called Ben, I definitely would have because I assume this is a great idea.
Ben Freedman: They also have this like a golfer’s package that comes with like 14 of the small labels for your golf clubs. This is a small package which has three. Three labels for five bucks.
Tiffany Young: So you know I would put like reward on there with some of the red ink. I don’t know just a little motivation; I mean who wants a I don’t know a reward.
Ben Freedman: So that’s zReturn. Great! There’s a great gift for anyone with a bunch of gadgets.
Tiffany Young: That is a really good idea zReturn
Ben Freedman: Yes.
Tiffany Young: Five bucks?
Ben Freedman: Five, ten, or 15 depending on how many tags you want.
Tiffany Young: You want. And they all register the same.
Ben Freedman: They all -- they work all the same way which is the number of tags and the size. You can get small, medium and large tags. It might even come with a key -- that I put in my key chain. Suppose I lost my keys I put these on the key chain.
Tiffany Young: Very nice.
Ben Freedman: Yes. Alright moving on these are from a company called “Photojojo”.
Tiffany Young: You can even put those on credit cards if you lost your credit card.
Ben Freedman: Although I don’t know, if you lose credit card, I mean maybe you know.
Tiffany Young: Well I would think so I mean or driver’s license.
Ben Freedman: Or your wallet. Put it in your wallet. -- and put in your wallet. That’s a good idea.
Tiffany Young: Yes.
Ben Freedman: Although if your business card isn’t --
Tiffany Young: Well with lots, lots of credit cards.
Ben Freedman: this is from Photojojo. These are -- I think you will like these. These are mailable picture frames. So and they come in a bunch of different styles and they are only five bucks so you take a nice picture and you print it out. You slide the picture in here and you print it out. You slide the picture in here and it comes good on hold like this and you can mail it.
Tiffany Young: These look pretty nice too.
Ben Freedman: They comes with a leather trim and all that stuff.
Tiffany Young: Wow that looks nice.
Ben Freedman: For instance here is the leather trim. Look at this one I’ve got right here with a picture in there.
Tiffany Young: Look at that.
Ben Freedman: Yes, now what you are going to do is. Once you got the picture and you see this little piece of silk at the back and you just attach through this little slit, open it up like that, so that it brings up back a bit and there is perfect desktop ready picture frame great to seat at your desktop at work. It’s ready to go.
Tiffany Young: So instead of -- how much are these?
Ben Freedman: Five bucks.
Tiffany Young: Five bucks for a pack of two.
Ben Freedman: No, five bucks each.
Tiffany Young: Oh, each.
Ben Freedman: They are not the cheapest thing but they are nice, kind of -- so I wouldn’t send to 100 people in your list but --
Tiffany Young: Oh no, that would be very expensive. $500 for Christmas cards.
Ben Freedman: Yes, that would be pricey.
Tiffany Young: Well, unless you exchange that for gifts and you have other gifts.
Ben Freedman: this is kind of gift.
Tiffany Young: It is a gift yes. I like that. That’s nice. Those are nice.
Ben Freedman: It come with different stuff. So you can buy this at Photojojo.com.
Tiffany Young: Yes, great idea.
Ben Freedman: Yes. Alrighty and I think we better take a break because we’re about halfway through the bunch from here but we’re going to come back. We got a bunch more gift guide gifts to talk about in the second half. So --
Tiffany Young: Be right back.
Ben Freedman: Stay tuned. And we are back in the second half of the show we are going to continue with our little gift guide here. Things that would make great gifts for the geek a gadget lover in your life.
Tiffany Young: Well, I wouldn’t say just geek gadget lover.
Ben Freedman: Not so geeky.
Tiffany Young: For the not so geeky. Well, I mean there are lots of products here that -- other than that maybe the fragging gamer thing.
Ben Freedman: Now, it wouldn’t be neo-fight without some bags right?
Tiffany Young: Of course not.
Ben Freedman: Let me show you how.
Tiffany Young: Another --
Ben Freedman: I think that a couple of great gift bags on. I am going to do one here for the guys and one sort for the girls.
Tiffany Young: Okay.
Ben Freedman: So this is my current favorite messenger bag. This is from a company called Acme Made, it’s the Clyde City bag and it’s a messenger bag right. So it has the flap, you know, it’s got this sort of a -- you know the -- cover and it’s just a really great.
Tiffany Young: It’s really nice. Yes, I do say that.
Ben Freedman: It’s got a laptop cover in here. It got a -- you know a separate pocket for non-laptops though.
Tiffany Young: Oh like files.
Ben Freedman: Yes. And then it’s got in here your --you know your business card holder and stuff.
Tiffany Young: So this is how Ben knows, you know Ben -- he really does use it, his business cards are in here.
Ben Freedman: I try this stuff out. I really do. Especially when we get bags, I love trying them out. And you know I was riding my bike with this. It was great. It was great in the car. It got a really nice comfy, pushy handle on top.
Tiffany Young: Yes.
Ben Freedman: And here’ something that I really like, so quite often, I find it really tough to lengthen or shorten the straps here you know, you got to do it. This one has this really easy clip. You just open this up and you know like that, and they will shorten.
Tiffany Young: Yes that is nice.
Ben Freedman: And you just open this up.
Tiffany Young: Very convenient.
Ben Freedman: And go like this and you will --. It’s really easy to change the length.
Tiffany Young: So how much is this bag?
Ben Freedman: This is 99 bucks.
Tiffany Young: 99 bucks.
Ben Freedman: Now, they actually have. This is the rip lock in the back.
Tiffany Young: Yes nice.
Ben Freedman: I think for a guy who’s looking for a work bag that can also you know go on a bike or something like that I think this is a great idea.
Tiffany Young: I think it’s a big college.
Ben Freedman: Oh, fantastic college bag. Yes.
Tiffany Young: because you can bike with it.
Ben Freedman: And you can put your laptop in but you don’t have to put books in there as well. That’s by Clyde -- Acme Made Clyde City. Now, if you’re looking for a couple of bags here for the ladies.
Tiffany Young: This is more my style.
Ben Freedman: And this is from a company called be.ez, B-E dot E-Z. be.ez.
Tiffany Young: Oh be.ez.
Ben Freedman: Be.ez.
Tiffany Young: Be.ez.
Ben Freedman: B-E dot E-Z. Be-ez.
Tiffany Young: So no dot com. Just be-ez.
Ben Freedman: I don’t know if that is the website. Maybe that is the website. Anyway this is a laptop sleeve and you know as laptop sleeve, you know it’s a laptop sleeve, it’s nice and patted. But check this out. 16:07 when you squeeze this it’s just like a memory phone material.
Tiffany Young: Oh like Tempur-Pedic
Ben Freedman: Like Tempur-Pedic, yes. Which is great. It kind of controls -- if you have like bumpy bits on your laptop.
Tiffany Young: Bumpy bits.
Ben Freedman: Yes, like a lid hinge or like something on your laptops that kind of sticks out. This was like contours to it and it remembers that position and --
Tiffany Young: I like that. That’s nice.
Ben Freedman: Yes, which is really nice? So that’s a laptop sleeve.
Tiffany Young: And what’s the price of this one?
Ben Freedman: That sleeve is easy -- it’s called the La Robe sleeve at $30.
Tiffany Young: 30 bucks. Alright.
Ben Freedman: And this is --
Tiffany Young: I think its a little spendy for $30.00. I like it but maybe --
Ben Freedman: And this is -- and this comes in several colors. This is their --
Tiffany Young: Oh I like this.
Ben Freedman: Well I thought you like it.
Tiffany Young: Yes.
Ben Freedman: This is their messenger, vertical messenger bag.
Tiffany Young: Oh, what a great color.
Ben Freedman: Yes. This is called the Le Vertigo bag. And if you take a look, this is go --
Tiffany Young: Oh I love it.
Ben Freedman: Oh, she’s liking it. Take a look inside, there’s your laptop pocket, with the --
Tiffany Young: Will this fit in 15-inch?
Ben Freedman: Yes, it could fit in 15-inch. And you got a two or three other pockets in there and then it have got this -- material.
Tiffany Young: Yes it does.
Ben Freedman: And then we’ll have another pocket.
Tiffany Young: Oh I love it.
Ben Freedman: Isn’t that beautiful? And again adjustable strap on the top --
Tiffany Young: Very nice.
Ben Freedman: And just seals you know with belt down there. What do you think?
Tiffany Young: Oh, I love it, yes. That’s great.
Ben Freedman: So that is --
Tiffany Young: Like right over here.
Ben Freedman: So that is, 70 bucks. Holy cow, god! God! Okay, Sorry be.ez. I am not getting that bag. You know -- as they say.
Tiffany Young: Just let it slide that one over here. I let it -- you can keep the frags up.
Ben Freedman: So that is the Acme Made for the Clyde City and then the be.ez bags there. Now, continue along with some cases, I got some very cool iPod phone cases. And we’re like this case from Marware. This is the Marware sport convertible. So --
Tiffany Young: Wow, I see.
Ben Freedman: Yes it comes -- this actually comes apart, and although it’s a bit funky, now it comes apart, Let me see if I remembered to bring this out --
Tiffany Young: Oh, that’s a nice material.
Ben Freedman: It is. It’s new --
Tiffany Young: Oh, I love it.
Ben Freedman: Yes, this is for the iPhone. They also have it for the iPod Touch and such and this you can take this off of here. Let’s see if I can get this do come off. They also recommend you to use your headphone jack.
Tiffany Young: Oh, sure.
Ben Freedman: This is for your arm. You want to keep it secured. So you get it off, you stick your headphone jack in this little hole and this will slide off. Then it comes with a belt clip so you can click that to your belt and take it around.
Tiffany Young: Well, I like the arm bands because people usually don’t wear belts or something that they can attach to and you work out those.
Ben Freedman: So then when I am riding my bike, you just take this off your belt, slide this on here like so and then this goes out here. Put that in your arm and it’s got a really nice easy tight belt that go.
Tiffany Young: But I am sure it’s big though and it’s big for me.
Ben Freedman: So that’s why you got the belt with it.
Tiffany Young: Yes that’s nice. I will put it over my big muscular biceps.
Ben Freedman: Okay. Now, there’s a couple other cases here. These are by Pro-Porta. And this is a very cool case again for an iPhone. iPhone just snatched all in there. And it puts your belt so it’s nice little case. But this is really the cool one by Pro-Porta. Check out this case.
Tiffany Young: How much is this?
Ben Freedman: I don’t have a cost. It’s not expensive, 20 or 30 bucks something like that. This is by Pro-Porta and this one is aluminum and plastic and it looks really cool, you put your iPod in there and it has this plastic face card.
Tiffany Young: Oh, I see.
Ben Freedman: that will also turn into a stand.
Tiffany Young: Oh, that’s nice
Ben Freedman: So that your iPhone leans in there.
Tiffany Young: You can turn it sideway too then? Yes there you go.
Ben Freedman: Yes. It’s not so good sideways. It’s mostly 20:06.
Tiffany Young: Well you know how on the iPods, there -- video sideways.
Ben Freedman: So it will be good to me when a lot of these stands turn sideways. But I just thought all of these were like Star Trek, you know, anyway kind of quick. Now, I have been saving the -- I think the most distinctive iPod case. This is where my iPhone. This is by Utterbox.
Tiffany Young: Oh, Utterbox. Really great.
Ben Freedman: This is not fully waterproof but it’s pretty darn close. First of all, you got your regular sleeve but check out this case here. I mean this is a serious iPod case. It’s pretty much fully enclosed iPhone case. You can see a little Apple that goes to the back here and I guess that here’s the screen so all the corners have covers on them but this is a silicon case and it’s on top of a plastic case. So if I think --
Tiffany Young: Oh, really keep it really safe.
Ben Freedman: --I mean this you could put hung against the wall not that we’re going to try that today. But -- here is the silicon part that comes off and then there’s the case and it cuts snaps inside it. So you go like pull these snaps apart -- to get the sound.
Tiffany Young: So three from the Christmas wrapping, two at an -- well the thing is, the great thing is when you protect him like that and you go to resell them something new comes up on eBay or whatever, --
Ben Freedman: That’s right. So you could tell them it’s been protection since day one --
Tiffany Young: Yes, you can take care of good it. And you get a good resell value.
Ben Freedman: So the new iPod case and then it just slides in like so to --
Tiffany Young: Very nice.
Ben Freedman: And it has a lot of protection up here in construction this is probably the great place to go for.
Tiffany Young: Right.
Ben Freedman: Construction or something where you’re working around bumpy. Sort of situation.
Tiffany Young: Yes.
Ben Freedman: Alright, what else do you have at bumpy situation. Then we got a couple of things to go through. Somebody saw this on the show a month back and I didn’t mention it. But this is -- okay, so I take this MacBook the shows like Mac world. Everyone has MacBooks. They all look the same.
Tiffany Young: Sure.
Ben Freedman: So this is something called “I am human.” And they make these covers for the MacBooks. Not too expensive and they just stick off and there’s a bunch of them with different patterns. This is obviously a camel one.
Tiffany Young: I like that.
Ben Freedman: But here is check this out a like “Wood panel”.
Tiffany Young: Oh.
Ben Freedman: So could like stick and it just sticks on them and its flexible.
Tiffany Young: They are like the refrigerator covers or dishwasher covers.
Ben Freedman: These are about 30 bucks and they really give your Mac a distinctive look. You should read on your kitchen and you want us to blend in.
Tiffany Young: Of course, because that’s really recipes, watch movies.
Ben Freedman: That’s I am human.
Tiffany Young: That’s cool. And that’s pretty to peel off.
Ben Freedman: Very easy.
Tiffany Young: So there’s no residue or anything kind of funky.
Ben Freedman: It’s not permanent.
Tiffany Young: So you don’t need glue gun to get it off. What's glue gun is?
Ben Freedman: Yes. And I have the funnier a month or so and it hasn’t peeled. So you know, I worry about the peeling off.
Tiffany Young: Well I like that it has texture.
Ben Freedman: Yes and these are --
Tiffany Young: It feels nice.
Ben Freedman: You can get denim, you can get different kinds of canvas and Lenin. You can get all kinds of materials.
Tiffany Young: Nice.
Ben Freedman: Yes. So, I like the wood one too.
Tiffany Young: Yes, So do I.
Ben Freedman: And finally, If you happen to have a guy who is really geeky and just needs to have a little gadget like a USB hub or a card reader, this company called Poder and they really make stylish USB hubs. Like this is the four port USB hub. Look how stylish.
Tiffany Young: Looks like a sanction cups down there.
Ben Freedman: No, it just sits there.
Tiffany Young: Oh, it does.
Ben Freedman: This is a card reader.
Tiffany Young: Oh, that’s nice.
Ben Freedman: Look at that. It’s a high fashion card reader.
Tiffany Young: Well, what is it? Does it read one kind of card or --
Ben Freedman: It reads memory stick or SD cards.
Tiffany Young: So many SD -- the micro SD.
Ben Freedman: All the different kinds SD, I think you need an adapter for them.
Tiffany Young: Oh, so it’s just little case and the mini SD goes in them.
Ben Freedman: Yes, but I got to tell you I find that cards now like people are really settling on SDs and micro SDs. Memory sticks, I’ve seen lots and lots of people --
Tiffany Young: I haven’t seen much of those either.
Ben Freedman: Even Sony I think some of their new cameras use the SD cards not the memory stick.
Tiffany Young: SD cards are just --
Ben Freedman: And then there was the XD and there was the --
Tiffany Young: Oh yes, I have the XD. Well, I have the XD -- well, the XDA is with a couple of Sprint phones.
Ben Freedman: Right, but I think it’s on the way. I think they are really losing market show.
Tiffany Young: Well, it’s frustrating for me to transfer phones or anything else you end up with five different media.
Ben Freedman: So that is the Podera Four Port Hub and the Podera Memory Card Reader, very cool. If you want, again, someone who likes a little fashion design not just some utilitarian, see this is red on one side,. Its kind of cool.
Tiffany Young: This is like your cool. This is our cool and you have some set of style of course right.
Ben Freedman: So, that’s it! That’s our gift guide for 2007, the last show of 2007.
Tiffany Young: Wow.
Ben Freedman: Yes.
Tiffany Young: That was a fast year.
Ben Freedman: Super fast year. But thank you for staying with us this year.
