Venus Williams' Tennis Clothing Better Audra: Thank you Better, everybody it’s time for our hot topics and I’m joined by Jennifer Walsh once again a beauty expert who you know all head to toe. Jennifer: Sure Audra: And I’m glad you’re hear today because I would love it. It kind of has to do with beauty to look more so fashion. Did you hear about Venus Williams you know Serena love the shock spectators. Jennifer: Oh absolutely. Audra: Yeah every single time. Well there’s a new shot of AOL stylist okay, take a look at this photo I want you to tell me your initial reaction when you see that picture it’s a little shocking. Jennifer: It’s a little too much. Audra: Too much. Jennifer: It’s a little too much to I don’t want to see it anymore really. Audra: No, the first thing that I thought when I saw it, it was my mouth just dropped because obviously do you think she had anything on. There’s a policy that they have against. Jennifer: I’m sorry I’m sorry I’m so shocked right now. Audra: Yeah I know. She knew what she was doing though. Jennifer: Yeah she did. Audra: She knew what she was doing but they do have a policy against reviewing clothing because of other past experiences of course. Jennifer: I mean it looks completely inappropriate. Audra: Yeah. Jennifer: She plays tennis, you know you’re going to be shot at all different angles and you know that skirt is going to be flowing in the wind, come on cover it up a little bit. Audra: And the thing is Venus holds a fashion degree as well so I don’t think I would admit that. Jennifer: I wouldn’t either because she does have pants on. Audra: She does their flesh colored shorts. Jennifer: Nude. Audra: Flesh colored shorts. Jennifer: But then you don’t look like you have any undergarment at all. Audra: And can you imagine being in this stance if you’re in the audience and you’re looking at and you see that. Jennifer: I think I can see once you go oh that’s a little too much. Audra: But she took full responsibility of her ideas. She says you know like again, I have a fashion degree, this is what I designed. I wanted to make this shorts that were the color of my skin but I think seriously you need to be drawing more attention to your game. That’s just nasty. Jennifer: Not your buttocks. Audra: Not your buttocks, I just don’t like it. Do you think she got the full effect of what she as doing? Jennifer: I really didn’t want to see that at all. I mean I like watching her game but I really— if I were there, I wouldn’t want to see that. Audra: Stick around a few more minutes Jen I got some flesh colored ones— Jennifer: That’s for later. Audra: But turn the underwear. Jennifer: It’s a little sexy. Audra: Just wait real sexy. Okay on a totally different note though. You know there’s a lot of studies that come out every single week it seems like about what you should what you shouldn’t eat what you should do and a lot of them coming from reputable. Sources you know colleges universities, journal of psychology whatever it is this is probably by far the most important study they have ever done. Jennifer: Okay. Audra: Listen to this. USA today says there’s a psychological reason that your happiest on the weekends. This study and found that they do look at the research men and women feel better on the weekends when they’re not at work. They think did a study they actually put pagers. Jennifer: How much money invest into this study about we’re happiest in weekends. Audra: For free. Jennifer: I’m seeing it like 3: o’clock we got 3 more hours or two more hours left. Audra: There’s not a lot of substantial information at least not in this article here but they had pagers on people and they page them several times over the weekend. Jennifer: How you doing? Audra: But AOL is looking and they also is having a great time having found out they were happiest on the weekend. They also felt that you were able to get more accomplished on the weekend, you think. Jennifer: Yeah I think so then you got more time than when you’re working but then again it’s just me. Audra: Right, no deadlines I mean if you were to page me on a weekend at every single answer would be hell yeah but you actually like Sundays knowing that you’re coming back to work what’s wrong with you Jen? Jennifer: I know I don’t know why I think it’s because I have had my own business for 12 years. I get hung up on Sunday afternoons like I can’t... Audra: Because these people in the study….full time. Jennifer: I work full time and sometimes I work Saturday and I do some work on Sunday. Come hangout with me. Audra: I love it but weekends are just fun. Jennifer: Yeah. I love the weekends I do. I absolutely do but I do look forward to Sunday nights in gearing up to do things generally cooler.
