At Nockamixon State Park, you will see beautiful mountain views and lakes. You can even enjoy the spectacular scenery on the biking and walking trails. There are plenty of tables for picnics. And if you want to make it longer go of it, there are plenty of cabins scattered throughout the park. For amazing authentic local cuisine to the down-home country feel, eat at Cascade Lodge nestled right here in the beautiful rolling hills of Pennsylvania. When you visit Kintnersville, the Bucksville House is a great place to stay. Its bread and breakfast is a nationally registered historical landmark. It's also rumored to be haunted. For an old fashion experience on the train, take the New Hope and Ivyland Railroad and enjoy the magnificent landscape passing you by. The Shady Brook Farm is a great place to experience what historic Bucks County used to be like. You can even pick your own crops. The area is also known for its pumpkin patches. The orange of the pumpkins extenuate perfectly for vibrant colors of the trees. For completely different view of the foliage, take an old by plane ride from Van Sant Airport.
