Indian shoes are surprisingly cheap and among the huge amount of far eastern goods, we can also run across some inexpensive original souvenirs. Souvenirs, handcrafted items, books and maps can be found in the shopping centers but expensive boutiques; ethnic cloth shops and different services are also to be found here. The accessories knitted for photography and video making can be attained to here too. The Dodo bird which is the symbol of the island can be bought in any imaginable form. There are wood carvings and ceramics statues of it but it can also be found in jade or sea tide. It’s figured in orange t-shirts and bags as well.
