The 2,300-acre park is North America’s largest urban park and it is built around man-made Wascana Lake featuring activities all year round. Also on site is the MacKenzie Art Gallery where some 2,000 items reside in the galleries collection of historical and contemporary art. Near by are the Science Center and a waterfall preserve in the midst of over 350,000 hand-planted trees that have made Regina standout in the prairies.
