Let’s talk a little bit about nutrition and body building, now what I tell everybody is to eat like a caveman and this is the reason why for 2.3 millimeters human beings have only eating four things, fruits, green vegetables, proteins and fats. In the last 10,000 years when went to the analytic times we start to becoming farmers, the great agricultural revolution started we started to harvesting, we started eating more oats more wheat but the same time diabetes came in, heart disease came in, obesity came in, arthritis came in. Now we are talking about nutrition if this nutrients are giving the UV you can off you see call them a poison. None other foods prior to that time cause the sell mans so look at them and turn the TV today and you will see that more people are getting diabetes are obese will look at the food they are eating, they are eating all foods that came in during that agricultural a revolution and during the last 10,000 years. In genetics, in the situation of genetics we cannot change the human being in 10,000 years; we are virtually the same that we were 40,000 years ago, 50,000 years. So in essence we are still hunters in gather in a modern day setting. So importantly always remember the nutrients that going to your body make the body but the nutrients best suited for the body are the nutrients that are genetically suited for the human being which are green vegetables, proteins, fats and fruits. So remember these things and you will never ever, ever go wrong with nutrition and you will never have any of these farms most people have you will not gain weight, you will not become obese, you will not get diabetes so listen to what your body tells you because I’m sure you feel uncomfortable by eating the foods that causes that should be starches, alcohol and sugar. Those are the three things that came in the last 10,000 years so come to the nutrition and body built in for a foods protein, fruits, green vegetables and fats.
