They typically cost between 199 and 399 but you can only get them for 24 hours which is kind of the pain that’s one of my main complaints with the Roco I need more time. Gmail now has a task folder, they’ve has this before but it was a labs project now to do list is permanently integrated into your Gmail. You can drag and drop emails and other task from mail and calendar and even update status on your chores from your mobile device. You can also labs features in Google calendar from now on, this will let you experiment with things like calendar availability or world clock view. Nike launches the new line of Nike Plus sports pants, they come in fancy new colors and having improved that’s backlit for running or spinning in the dark. There are also water resistant, they work with Apples line if IPod including the iPhone to track your workouts. They cost $59 and will be on my birthday wish list for next month. British Telecom wants it’s viewer to find love, the cable company announce the new partnership with match.com that will let VT vision costumers search match on there set top box. If you are a VT costumer who is single and ready to mingle go to Chanel 955 on the TV guide to register, you can also manage this account when you’re away at vtvision.com/dating. Verizon files may not find you a date but it can get you on Twitter and Facebook and I guess those services could find you a date. Verizon announced that its TV service will be getting a slow of widgets soon and sad to widgets will of course include Facebook and Twitter. Verizon is calling this is the widget bazaar files does have some made of widgets now but not wearing many. The widget bazaar will launch automatically to costumers with Facebook and Twitter this week in select markets. Your Wii may soon be able to certify you in CPR, students at the University of Alabama at Birmingham are working on a program to teach CPR through the Nintendo console. The American Heart Association likes this idea so much that it has donated $ 50,000 to fund the project. What would be better is that the Wii motes could act as defibrillators I mean Nintendo already talk about a false meter for the week coming some time soon. Why not just use it as a full on home hospital, except I don’t really want to know how would it take your temperature. Here is some good news if you are addicted to the internet you won’t have to be treated with electro shock therapy at least not if you live in China. The country has banned the shock therapy as a treatment for internet addiction following reports from a psychiatric study that did just that. 3000 teenagers were administered shock treatment to help curve there internet addiction it didn’t work. Of course of I’m leaning cheeky about this but China does consider internet addiction to be real affliction. The country will continue to look for ways to treat this using less invasive methods. Those are your headlines for today I will see you right here tomorrow with more, thank you for watching; I’m Natali Del Conte to CNET TV and you just been loaded. Toshiba’s making going to start making Blue ray players, Amazon gets in trouble for pulling books off its Kindles and you might want to update your browser before you start your work date today. Its Monday July 28th I’m Natali Del Conte back in New York this week, it’s time to get loaded. If you’re using Chrome or Firefox you are can now update your browser software before you get too far into your work week. Google release a new version with bug fixes and security patches late last week, a fullest to fixes can be found at Google Chrome release.blog.spot.com. Firefox release 3.5.1 but reports are surfacing that there is already vulnerability there as well. As far as we know Mozilla hasn’t release another patch but beyond to look out will let you know when you we find one. It looks like Toshiba’s going to start making Blue Ray players; you may remember that Toshiba was the force around HD DVD the lost HD disc format. Toshiba pulled out of the HD DVD format in early 2008 and we suspected that they would be joining the winning team but now we now for sure. The question is, is Blue Ray really the winning team? Even at $99 the players don’t exactly seem to be flying up the shelves. So, if Toshiba right to do this or are they board in a sinking ship, ring in at loaded@cnet.com. Amazon came under fire over the weekend for deleting to George or Wall novels from the Kindle store. The company notices that it did not have the proper rights to these books so they put them from the store and users actual Kindles then refunded the money. Users were not happy and Amazon admitted it may have active slightly hastily. A company spokesperson wrote, we are changing our system so that in the future we will not remove books from costumer’s devices in the circumstances. The problem is that Amazon can just do this; this is the first time that Amazon has exercised this kind of control over whisper sink. I don’t think this is the way that the company wanted us to find out about this capability. Another Amazon news the company has decided to replaced crank covers for Kindle 2 users, last week we reported that the company was facing the class action lawsuit over this problem. The company was trying to charge $200 to fix this fairly common problem, it is in trying to that anymore so if this is happens here Kindle 2 you can get a replacement for free. The BlackBerry Storm is now only $99 on Verizon, this is research in motions all touch screen phone we might as well admit that it was not the success that they wanted it to be so thus this price stop mean that they are release a new version? Let’s hope. A new study shows that music lovers will stream or download music legally when the options get better. To research firm, music ally and leading question so that users in the UK choose to subscribe too or pay for streaming services rather than pirate illegally shared tones. It also shows a decline in the number of teens who are downloading illegally only 28% said that they had done this down from 42% in December of 2007. The increase in streaming does not necessarily mean legal streaming though streaming hits over Youtube is not legal if the video has been publish by anyone who doesn’t have copyright to that song. Still the music industry is hopeful that this behavior will help them stop spinning there wheels trying to stop piracy. Speaking of legal music services, Kazaa is coming back. Kazaa is one of the most recognize pieces of music piracy software. Of course it did have a legal component but no one really use with that way we use it to rip tracks. And by we I mean users in general of course I never used Kazaa to install music of course I didn’t. Kazza will now be a subscription service offering songs from the big four music levels. Users will gain access to over 1 million songs for only $20 per month. Those are your headlines for today, I will see you right here tomorrow with more. Thank you for watching, I’m Natali Del Conte with CNET TV and you’ve just been loaded. Google fly’s you to the moon; get way announces a netbook and Yahoo launches a new homepage and by you should care. Its Tuesday July 21st I’m Natali Del Conte, it’s time to get loaded. Monday was the 48th anniversary of Neil Armstrong’s walk on the moon you probably already know that it was pretty much the only news we got from the major news network yesterday. To commemorate this event Google revealed moon and Google Earth it’s an extension of the program that allows users to view 3D file images of the moon in the same way you can fly over your own house. This product is the collaboration between NASA and Google. Yahoo starting to roll out a new front page today, believe it or not Yahoo’s homepage is still one of the most heavily traffic destinations online. The new page let’s users select basic applications from Yahoo services as will as third party sites like Facebook, eBay, Twitter and more. This is part of Yahoo’s effort to remain a home portal for the average user and of course they still want you to use Yahoo search too. Barnes and Noble announce the new digital bookstore with over 700,000 books for sale. Of course this will be a direct competitor with Amazon and the Kindle bookstore. Books will have it around 9.99 just like they do on the Kindle they’ll be readable on multiple devices though including the iPhone, the BlackBerry, any PC and Barnes and Noble will be the exclusive provider of books for the plastic logic eReader. The company says that it should hit 1 million titles within the next year while Amazon has around 300,000 titles. But Amazon still has the wireless downloading service; I think Barnes and Noble will have to find themselves the carrier to deliver books wirelessly if they want it be serious contender in the space. Titles alone can’t be the only advantage. Research and Motion announced to plans to release BlackBerry desktop software for the Mac in September, the software will let Mac users synchronize iTunes playlists, calendars, contacts, notes and more. It will also allow users to manage there BlackBerry applications by adding or removing them from there device on the Mac. Youtube is experimenting with 3D videos according to a developer on the project leveled Youtube pit its still in the very early stages and there some bugs to be work out. He calls the 3D viewing feature, a stereo scopic player CNET’s owned Erica tested the sample video she found it to be dark and greeny but honestly I’m not try want to dig out my 3D glasses just for Youtube. Speaking of 3D Sonic’s Solution CinemaNow now will add 3D movies to its lineup; CinemaNow is a digital video distribution company. Sonic’s solution says the company is working to bring 3D to PC’s and 3D capable TV’s. Blue Ray would be the idea way to deliver 3D but for now it will come through the same method as there current CinemaNow service. No exact date on will see this and of course you still will need to wear the goofy 3D glasses. We have a new in entrance into the netbook category Gateway, the company announced the $299 netbook calling it slick and compact, that’s finding but all netbook are slick and compact. Gateway’s version is 10 inches and will be available in red and black. Universal Studios has signed on to the VD lie feature for Blue Rays discs, this means that Blue Ray discs to universal will have live applications and data attached. Universals live feature will start with the June 28 launch of fast and furious it will let users access a virtual garage to download specs of the cars featured in the movie using an iPhone or iPod touch application that you get from the iTunes store. Chronicle I guess if I were in the cars and if I were willing to pay almost $40 for a Blue Ray copy of a movie. We have several viewers write us last week about whether or not teenagers care about Twitter. The consensus is they really don’t, 19 year old Michael prefers Facebook, he said Twitter is neat but it is not very functional. I just forget about using Twitter because once I updated I’m done instead of looking at my friends pictures or videos. 17 year old John Paul wrote, I have tried Twitter a while back but I used that once and never used it again and yes the next generation will never care about Twitter. 15 year old Boo calls it a dam to down version of Facebook and Kyle calls it a social network for old people, ouch. Of course there were few teens who disagreed but they were few in far between so now I feel old and irrelevant and I’m cool, thanks. We also have several viewers sending us in flight Wi-Fi speeds and will continue to tabulate those results and bring them to you soon so stay tune. Those are your headlines for today, tomorrow I’m traveling to San Diego for Comment Con 2009, Mark Licea will host in loaded for the remainder of the week and I will be back on Tuesday. Meanwhile you can follow my Comment Con experience over Twitter if you’re old I guess twitter.com/natalidelconte. Thank for watching I’m Natali Del Conte with CNET TV and you just been loaded.
